Boiled Crabs

Fill a stock pot 3/4 full with water. It should be as salty as the ocean.

Remove the guts of the crab.

When the water is at a rolling boil, cook the crabs until they are quite red.

1 1/2 – 2 1/2 lbs – 15 minutes
3 lbs – 20 minutes.

Serve immediately.
