November 5, 2019 by Shelley Updated: March 3, 2023

Adapted from Gimme Some Oven

Notes: I used this seasoning in Jambalaya.

Ingredients

3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp dried thyme
1 tsp cayenne – the original recipe calls for 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix together in a bowl or jar until combined. Store in a sealed container for up to a year.
