Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 large clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Measure the ingredients into a jar with a tight lid. Shake until blended and emulsified. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  2. Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Allow to come to room temperature before using.
