Notes: I’ve been experimenting with marinades lately, time permitting. Tonight’s version works well for beef. It was minutes to prepare. Our steak was nicely flavoured, without being overwhelmed by the ingredients.
Ingredients
about 4 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
about 3 tbsp Canola oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
Bragg’s All purpose liquid soy seasoning
1 tsp ground cumin
Freshly ground black pepper
