Ras El Hanout Moroccan Spice Rub

Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp paprika (mild)
1 Tbsp cumin, ground
1 Tbsp coriander, ground
1 1/2 Tsp white sugar
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp grated nutmeg
1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix together and rub on chicken or pork tenderloin.
