Crudité Platter

Ingredients

Carrots
Fennel
Zucchini
Cucumber
Red, yellow and/or orange peppers
Radishes
Celery
Lettuce
Oranges
Castelvetrano Olives
Almonds
Green or wax beans
Dishes of chopped fresh herbs – Dill, green onion, parsley
A salad dressing that suits your mood

Directions

Buy whatever looks good. If you have a food processor, slice up the vegetables and arrange on a plate. You’ll have enough vegetables for at least a few days. Doing it this way means we have fresh vegetable throughout the week without too much effort. Replenish a needed.

Serve the lettuce in a separate bowl.
