Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Enough for one small tenderloin.

Ingredients

1/4 cup (65g) Dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey, about 65 g
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1.5 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp dried rosemary or 1 sprig fresh
1/4 tsp dried thyme or 1 sprig fresh

Mix ingredients in a bowl. Place in bag with tenderloin. Marinate at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
