Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/4 c olive oil
1/8 c Balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tsp honey
1/2 Tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 shallot minced
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a jar and shake until mixed.
