Brown Rice

Ingredients

1 cup brown rice
8 c cold water

Directions

Rinse the rice with cold water.
Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
When boiling, add rice, stir and cook on medium high for 30 minutes.
Drain the rice. return to the pot, cover for 20 minutes so the steam finished cooking the rice.
